| Why
I Sell Modern Teeth |
| I
buy all my modern shark teeth from reputable dealers. Some teeth are
by-products of the food industries of various countries. Others are
found loose by divers, washed up on beaches or come from aquariums. |
| If
a shark is to be killed and eaten, every consumable part should be
used, including the teeth, jaws and skin. That way there is no waste,
unlike finning which wastes 99% of the fish! |
| |
We
do not buy any modern shark teeth from the far east! |
| We
are constantly being contacted by people in the far east offering
us teeth by the thousand. This is not how we work, we will only buy
from people we know and trust. Please do not contact us. |

Found
a tooth and want to know more? |
| If
you have found a tooth either on land or whilst diving, send us a
picture and we will identify it for you, even put a value on it, you
may be surprised. Beware though....you may get the bug and want more!. |

| Rare
teeth |
| The
term rare teeth means the teeth are not often available to buy.
This does not mean the sharks they come from are rare or endangered.
